The story behind Adrian Parker Studio.
Driven by an endless need to create since early childhood, I, Adrian Parker, have grown into an experienced painter, a novice sculptor, and a self-taught jeweler. It's as a result of my lifelong creative exploration that I built my Studio in 2020, to be able to showcase my art and share my handmade works with you.
As a jeweler, I work exclusively with silver, combining it with raw stones and fine-cut gems. I take inspiration from the many textures of the geological world and the colorful life it has sustained for eons.
Terms and Conditions
Made-to-order pieces
Most of my jewelry is made-to-order. This means that I handcraft each piece for you personally, after you place your order. This allows my inventory to stay low and to avoid possible overconsumption.
I need between 3 and 14 working days, depending on my inventory and schedule, to hand-make your pieces. Shortly after completing your order, the items will be on their way.
One-of-a-Kind pieces
A few of my jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind (OOAK). This means the item is unique and only exists in one size, or has been made with limited materials. These pieces are ready to ship immediately upon your purchase and will arrive within a week.
Warranty
Under Danish law, all purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty. You may contact me to complain about possible defects or deficiencies within this period. If the issue is due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, the right to complain is renounced. Read the product care card inside your package carefully to ensure the longevity of your new jewelry. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Please save your receipt or invoice.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The shipping cost is applied automatically based on your location and is displayed during the checkout process. For all orders within Denmark, the shipping cost is 50 DKK. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns
To initiate a return, please email adrianparker.studio@gmail.com. I aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
You are accountable for safely returning the items and the associated return shipping costs. Please ensure the return of your purchase in its original packaging, undamaged.
After receiving the return, I will inspect the items for any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items that have been worn (excluding try-ons), damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. If the items are in acceptable condition upon their return, I will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
I am not liable for any loss of shipment during the return process. To ensure safety, I recommend shipping as a traceable package and retaining the tracking number until I confirm the return.
